These Terms apply to all visitors, users, parents, guardians, donors, and anyone else who accesses or uses the Site. Use of this Site on behalf of a minor constitutes the parent’s or guardian’s agreement to these Terms on that minor’s behalf.
2. About the Program
Great Falls High Bison Football is an extracurricular athletic program operated under Great Falls Public Schools (GFPS) and Great Falls High School, located at 1900 2nd Ave S, Great Falls, MT 59405. This website is maintained to support program communications, camp registration, fundraising, and community engagement.

3. Camp Registration Terms
3a. Eligibility
Camps are open to athletes in the grades specified for each session. Registration must be completed by a parent or legal guardian for any athlete under the age of 18. By registering, the parent or guardian confirms they have the legal authority to do so and that all information provided is accurate.
3b. Medical Information
Parents and guardians are required to disclose any medical conditions, allergies, medications, or dietary restrictions relevant to the athlete’s safe participation. Failure to disclose known conditions that result in harm during a camp may limit the program’s liability.
By registering, the parent or guardian authorizes Great Falls High Bison Football coaching staff and volunteers to seek and consent to emergency medical treatment for the athlete if the parent or guardian cannot be reached.
3c. Refund and Cancellation Policy
The following refund policy applies to all camp registrations:
-
Cancellations made 14 or more days before the first day of camp: full refund minus a $10 processing fee.
-
Cancellations made 7–13 days before the first day of camp: 50% refund.
-
Cancellations made fewer than 7 days before the first day of camp: no refund, but registration may be transferred to another eligible athlete.
-
No-shows on the day of camp: no refund.
-
If a camp session is cancelled by the program due to weather, low enrollment, or other circumstances, a full refund will be issued to all registered participants.
To request a cancellation or transfer, contact Coach Tchida at tchida@gfps.k12.mt.us.
3d. Photo and Video Release
By registering an athlete for a camp, the parent or guardian grants Great Falls High Bison Football permission to photograph and/or video record the athlete during camp activities. These images and recordings may be used for program promotion, social media, the program website, and related educational or fundraising purposes, without compensation.
If you do not consent to photography or recording, notify the coaching staff in writing before the first day of camp.
3e. Code of Conduct
All athletes and parents are expected to conduct themselves with respect toward coaches, staff, other athletes, and facilities. The program reserves the right to dismiss any participant from a camp without refund if their conduct is deemed harmful, disrespectful, or unsafe.
4. Assumption of Risk and Liability Waiver
Participation in football camps and related activities involves inherent risks, including but not limited to: physical contact, falls, sprains, fractures, concussions, heat illness, and other injuries that may occur despite reasonable safety precautions.
By completing the liability waiver during registration and participating in any Great Falls High Bison Football camp or event, the parent or guardian:
-
Acknowledges the inherent risks of football and athletic activities;
-
Voluntarily assumes all risks associated with their athlete’s participation;
-
Releases Great Falls High Bison Football, its coaches, staff, volunteers, and Great Falls Public Schools from any and all claims, damages, or liability arising from participation, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.
The liability waiver must be completed before participation in any camp. Athletes who have not submitted a waiver will not be permitted to participate.
5. Payments
Camp registration fees are due at the time of registration for online payments, or at check-in for participants who select the “Pay at Camp” option. Accepted payment methods are posted on the registration page.
Online payments are processed securely through Wix Payments. Great Falls High Bison Football does not store, access, or retain your full credit card or payment information. By completing an online payment, you agree to Wix Payments’ terms of service.
All fees are listed in U.S. dollars. The program is not responsible for any bank fees, currency conversion charges, or other costs imposed by your financial institution.
If a payment is declined or reversed after a camp has begun, the program reserves the right to remove the athlete from remaining sessions until payment is resolved.
