When a parent or guardian registers an athlete for a camp, we collect:

Great Falls High Bison Football serves student-athletes, which may include children under the age of 13. We take the privacy of minors very seriously and comply with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).
Parental Consent Required
We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under the age of 13 without verifiable parental or guardian consent. All camp registration forms require a parent or guardian to complete the registration on behalf of the athlete. By submitting a registration form, the parent or guardian confirms they are providing consent for the collection and use of their child’s information as described in this policy.
If You Believe a Child Has Submitted Information Without Consent
If you believe your child under the age of 13 has submitted personal information to this website without your consent, please contact us immediately at tchida@gfps.k12.mt.us. We will promptly delete the information from our records.

Information collected during camp registration for athletes under 13 is used exclusively to:

This website is built on Wix. Wix hosts the site, collects analytics, and processes payments through Wix Payments. Wix Payments is PCI DSS compliant — your full card number is never stored on our servers or accessible to us.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We may share information only in the following limited circumstances:

However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security. If you have reason to believe your information has been compromised, please contact us immediately.
8. Data Retention
We retain personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes for which it was collected:

Camp registration and payment records are retained for a minimum of three (3) years for administrative and financial record-keeping purposes.

Medical and dietary information provided for camp participation is retained only for the duration of the camp session and deleted or destroyed promptly afterward.

Contact form messages are retained for up to one (1) year or until the inquiry is resolved, whichever is sooner.
